This month, I thought it might be interesting to share some of the books I am reading on natural health. I tend to read several things at once, and I will also include a few I have finished recently as well. I will also tell you what format I have the work in (as I am a huge fan of audio and ebooks).
Current:
Cheiro’s Book of Numbers: Chaldean Numerology Explained by Count Louis Hamon (Cheiro)
This book is a really fascinating take on traditional numerology. Cheiro takes the numbering system for our modern alphabet and renumbers it based on ancient languages used when numerology was first developed. I find it interesting how names and birth dates have such an impact on our lives and personalities. I have this on my Kindle.
Power vs. Force by David R. Hawkins
This book is amazing. The idea of a logarithmic scale of human emotions/enlightenment that can be applied to the world in general is wonderful. He also gives some explanation for Muscle Response Testing. I have this on Kindle as the snippet of audiobook I listened to was awful.
The Tapping Solution by Nick Ortner
This is one of the newest ones I haven’t spent much time with. However, it has been highly recommended to me by several people in my life as a real game changer for changing emotional responses, you know those record grooves we find ourselves getting stuck in? Just writing about it here is making me want to go listen to it (as I have it on audiobook).
Love Your Body by Louise L. Hay
This is one of those small books I will listen to as I fall asleep over and over again to help solidify the new thought patterns in my head about my body. I have it as an audiobook.
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
I have listened to this book several dozen times in the last 10 years. I realized recently it is time to listen again. It has four, simple suggestions to helping live an authentic and fulfilling life without worrying about others opinions. I have this as an audiobook.
Finished and recommended:
Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert
This is one of those I will be revisiting. She discusses how to live a creative life even with fear riding along. Her reading of it is incredible (I have it on audiobook), and it was so inspirational to me, I had my husband listen to it so he can remind me of some of her wonderful suggestions for overcoming fears and allowing your creativity to blossom.
The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg
This book gives suggestions for changing behavior patterns (habits). I have it as an audiobook.
Wishes Fulfilled by Wayne W. Dyer
Another inspirational book about creating our own world and drawing the life we want to life to us. I have it as an audiobook.
As always, let me know if you have questions. Love, light, and happiness to all!
